Energy Performance Certificates

From October 2008 all buildings when built, sold, or let will require an EPC. EPCs enable people before they buy or let to compare the efficiency of a potential home before they buy it or even put in an offer. Prepared by a qualified Home Inspector and Domestic Energy Assessor, the certificates will give home buyers and sellers A to G ratings for their home’s energy efficiency and carbon emissions, together with current average costs for heating, hot water and lighting. Practical steps will also be given on how to reduce carbon emissions and save on energy bills.

At Tapply Property Services an accredited Domestic Energy Assessor will visit the property and gather information about the house and then enter this into a computer software program which then creates the Energy Performance Certificate which will be sent to you.
We aim to produce an EPC within three working days of your instruction to assess the property.

Floor Plans

When marketing properties for sale many Estate Agents are now advertising a floorplan of the property. This provides valuable information to potential purchasers.
Using the latest technology we can measure and then create a computer generated floor plan of the property.
